The work spanned ambitious coverage on purpose, racial equity, women’s leadership, workplace culture, conscious capitalism, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and inclusive language — including editorial decisions that required strong framing, careful curation, and a willingness to say something clear in categories where language is never neutral.
