As Editorial Director of Conscious Company Media, I served as the editor-in-chief of Conscious Company, a nationally distributed, quarterly print magazine, and as the content strategist for the publication’s website. Noteworthy moments:

  • Developed and executed editorial vision for print and digital platforms, aligning content with the organization's mission of sustainable business practices

  • Spearheaded the creation of the first-ever Racial Equity Issue, driving important industry conversations

  • Led a team of writers and editors, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion

  • Redesigned the entire look and feel of the print product, revealed in the Purpose Issue

  • Increased website’s average monthly page views by 29%

  • Managed content calendar and production workflow for print, digital, and social media channels

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure content supported overall business objectives

From October 2018 to March 2020, I increased the number of average monthly unique visitors by 49%. I co-created the #3 top piece of content, Simon Sinek’s Bold New Paradigm for Capitalism, which Sinek’s team relayed was the best editing of any his interviews they’ve seen.
